Jose Avalos is the Co-Founder & CEO of TECH23, a media and entertainment company focused on advancing Latinos in Tech. As a first-generation American with roots in Guadalajara, Jalisco, he builds creative experiences and campaigns for people and companies, holding a degree in Marketing and Sales from the University of Houston. Michelle Avalos, Co-Founder and Deputy Director of Impact Hub Houston, as well as Co-Founder and COO of TECH23, is a Mexican immigrant and first-generation college graduate who transitioned from corporate work in 2018 to focus on community empowerment. She is passionate about economic equity and helping individuals find meaningful work for economic growth. Together, Jose and Michelle are dedicated to promoting Latino representation in the tech industry and positive community change.

Whitney Rae Hill, Founder and CEO of Whitney Rae Hill, LLC, holds degrees in Communications and Marketing, an MBA, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Adult Learning. With a background that includes executive roles in Corporate America and as a chief operating officer in the mental health industry, Whitney now serves as a motivational speaker, mindset coach, and adjunct public speaking professor. She founded her company, Whitney Rae Hill, LLC, in 2021, drawing from her experiences as a survivor of suicide and breast cancer, as well as her entrepreneurial journey, to empower others to transform trauma into triumph. Whitney's G.R.E.A.T. Perspective process guides individuals in achieving their goals, releasing emotional scars, evolving their mindset, managing daily routines, and transforming their perspective, helping them overcome life's challenges with resilience and positivity.

We started in 2018 to advance Latinx performance arts to be a vital and prominent part of the artistic identity of Houston by representing and supporting the Latinx community, its artists, and its stories.

A pioneer in Houston's graffiti and street art scene, he has been instrumental in projects like Aerosol Warfare, the Houston Wall of Fame, and the Graffiti and Street Art Museum, while also collaborating with top brands and curating numerous exhibitions. Recognized for his community involvement and cultural contributions, GONZO247 has received multiple awards and honors, including Congressional Recognition, and his work, deeply influenced by his Mexican heritage and Houston upbringing, resonates globally.
